The Giant Cupcake

This weekend I was the hosted a baby shower with one of my friends.  I found this occasion the perfect opportunity to use my Giant Cupcake Pan by Wilton.  I am embarrassed to say that this was the first time I used the pan since I received it as a Christmas gift.  I must say that it was easy to use and decorate.

I have been a fan of cupcakes all of my life.  In fact, I recall taking cupcakes in ice cream cones as my birthday treat to my kindergarten class.
